Good memories my mom played this when I was small. I'm now 37 she passed 2020 from cancer. I just happen to search this song. It speaks to me because I'm going and gone through many storms but I always made it through. God gave me the strength

Brad here friend of Jason Lacombe had a rough day today my cancer has spread all over I've been throwing up a lot of blood. So I really needed to hear this song it helps me block out my pain God help me fight the pain a-men

However far the ship may have sailed, damaged & dented in every way possible, it is the Anchor that matters & will bring us back & teach us how to be still & know....

This song makes me cry and thank you to my mother for showing me such beautiful Christian music and introducing me to ray boltz when I was around 5 years old she sadly stopped listening to him sometime after and she stopped listening to his music for so many years until about a week ago or so. she played this song out of nowhere and that inner child of me that remembers how this song makes me I'm 31 now and this song still makes me cry when I hear it thank you God the heavenly Father for loving us so much that you wanted to save this corrupted world and bring us back to you through Jesus. I pray that someday I can walk in your presence and have conversations with you in heaven. Even though I cannot see God or Jesus or the holy spirit I believe they are very much alive and well have faith that they are very much real like everyone one else. She fell in love with it and had no clue what all it meant for me and God! I sang loud and made as joyful a noise as my heart would allow! Twenty years ago this song brought me through my Daddy’s death. It is still giving me strength today.

I used to sign a church in the Family Cathedral of Praise they called it fcop I love that song and had a big compliant with it and went on tour and and didn't stop for a while and I loved it only God is great now I'm old and everything and I still want to do it but I just can't get nobody to ask me to be another praise and worship leader cuz that's what I used to do praise God I love my life what I got left.........

I hope I live long enough to see my granddaughters graduate from high school go to college and maybe see him getting married but I don't see that happening I live long enough for that
